How CAST helps schedule a talk for you.
Booking page

Speaker picks a weekend himself, on your congregation's booking page.

The speaker sees only your open dates, chooses one, and submits a talk outline and song number on the spot. You receive the request; the speaker receives a confirmation.

Reminders

Confirmation, calendar invite, then the reminders.

CAST does the reminding for you, in your name, so weekend meetings are seamless for both you and your speakers.

Same minuteConfirmation email to the speaker, with the date, time and address
Same dayCalendar invitation, so the talk sits in the speaker's own calendar
Six months outFirst reminder, with a follow-up at three months if the outline is still missing
A month outReminder with the song, hospitality and travel questions still open
The week ofFinal reminder to the speaker, with all details needed for the weekend
Outreach

CAST Outreach works for you, emailing speakers to fill in your open weekends.

Nearby congregations are introduced to the weekends still open, a few each day, until none remain. Every reply is flagged for you to review.

CastAi

CastAi works the inbox and arranges the trades.

They book new talks from the replies, follow up on a missing talk outline, and when a date needs covering they ask the speakers already on your calendar whether they can trade. Anything CastAi will not settle alone reaches you as a single approval.
